What gets fixed
The first letter of each sentence is capitalized, the lone word i becomes I, multiple spaces collapse to one, spaces before commas and full stops are removed, and a space is added after punctuation where it is missing.
Readable paragraph length
Online readers prefer short paragraphs. Pick how many sentences each paragraph should hold and Toolra groups them for you.
Frequently asked questions
Does it correct spelling?
No. It fixes structure (capitals, spacing and paragraphs) but does not change your words.
Does it handle abbreviations like e.g.?
Common abbreviations such as e.g., i.e., Mr., Dr. and etc. are recognized so they do not end a sentence.
Can I keep my existing paragraphs?
Yes. Choose 'Keep existing' and only capitalization and spacing are fixed.
